Luc Bernard
President and chief executive officer
As president and chief executive officer, Luc is responsible for all of DBM's operations. He oversees projects in the Maritime provinces in every division. Luc established DBM in 1996 after having held various positions in estimating and project management. He holds a Gold Seal certification in project management. Luc also holds techical certifications in plumbing and as a NACE certified corrosion engineer. In addition to his professional affiliations, he participates in various industry committees and associations.
